The revisions to this
manual began in 1995 during the administration of Jimmy Bittner, Lodge Chief
and Herb Harris, Lodge Adviser. The Manual of Administration and the Lodge
Rules and Bylaws were both revised and updated and approved by the Lodge as a
whole. This process extended into 1996- 97 during the administration of
Jeremy Steck, Lodge Chief and Jerry Clark, Lodge Adviser. The Handbook
Committee which dealt with the layout and reprinting included Roy Painter,
Committee Chair and Dr. Ed Lewis, Adviser.
